If the table suffers transit damage or malfunctions after delivery: Will you send spare parts or require full table return? Who pays for shipping?
If any parts are damaged during transit or fail due to non-human factors during normal use, we will send replacement parts free of charge and cover all international shipping costs.
Does YoTyan own or control the relevant patents, design rights and trademarks for this product/game?
YoTyan is the exclusive manufacturer of this product. We have registered corresponding patents and trademarks and hold all relevant intellectual property rights.
Can I order commonly replaced spare parts such as extra balls, launchers and star plates along with the first table for commercial operation?
Our table components have outstanding durability and seldom need replacement during regular operation. Star plates are fixed onto the table and not easy to get damaged.
If you need spare accessories, please reach out to us for a separate quotation. While we do not provide complimentary spare parts with standard orders, we can review relevant arrangements for large bulk orders.
